- Migraines/Headaches

- Withdrawal from hobbies previously enjoyed

- Exercise daily
- Stay positive
- Get enough sleep
- Eat a balanced diet
- Centered breathing techniques
- Take a walk outside or sit outside for a few minutes breathing deeply
- Listen to music
- Write in a journal
